Mandarin and Cream Pancakes

Mandarin and Cream Pancakes

It’s Tuesday and pancake day! #Pancake, #Budget,#Familyfriendly.

Ingredient

1

Egg

250 mls

Milk

1 Tablespoon

Melted Butter

2-3 teaspoons

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift Flour and Salt into a bowl. Beat to a smooth batter with the unbeaten egg, half the milk and the melted Butter.

* Step 2

Gently stir in the remaining milk and set aside for a few minutes

* Step 3

Open tin of Mandarins and drain well, saving the juice. Mix juice with a little sugar and heat for a few minutes in a saucepan to make the sauce. Keep warm.

* Step 4

Brush the base of a frying pan with Butter and heat over medium heat. When the Butter starts bubbling, pour in 2-3 tablespoons of Batter to just coat the bottom thinly and even. Fry until gold en brown, turn over and cook other side.

* Step 5

Place Pancake on a plate, add some Mandarins. Roll into a tube and top with Clotted Cream and Hot Mandarin Sauce. Enjoy!!
