Leek and Cauliflower Cheese
My husband thinks this is a must for every Sunday dinner. It is a tasty bonus to some veggies in a roast.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add knob of butter to pan and melt.
* Step 2
Add 100ml of milk. Keep stirring throughout to avoid lumps.
* Step 5
Keep adding milk and cornflour part at a time till fully dissolved.
* Step 7
When melted add cheese 1 handful at a time, till melted, as required.
* Step 8
Chop cauliflower and Leek and add to a dish (cauliflower first).
* Step 10
Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes on 200 (180 fan).
