Slow Cooked Boozy Beef Pasta
Slow cooker beef in a red wine sauce. Perfect for winter comfort.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice the celery, carrot and garlic.
* Step 2
Add the celery, carrot, garlic, beef, bay leaf and wine to the slow cooker and stir.
* Step 3
Make up the stock. Add the stock and tomatoes.
* Step 4
Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
* Step 5
Stir in pasta and leave on high for 20 minutes.
* Step 6
Stir in peas and leave for a further 10 minutes.
