1/2 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix water and semolina.

Kneed well for 15 mins.

* Step 3

Cover and leave to rest for 15 mins.

* Step 4

Take small pieces and form into shape of choice. Play!! If you wish add herbs.

* Step 5

Cook for 5 mins in boiling salted water. Add sauce of choice. Or pesto.
