Thai red curry

It's cold and I need warming! It just as nice with no chicken for you veggies.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook onion. Stir.

Add pepper. Stir.

Add sweet potato. Stir.

Add curry paste. Stir.

Add coconut milk. Stir.

Simmer for approx 20 mins. Serve with rice or noodles. I like noodles!
