Torciglioni Cheese

Torciglioni is mostly a Dried Pasta similar to Macaroni Dried Pasta . Torciglioni has equal sized holes through their tubes and have big holes instead of little ones . The Recipe I made up , does leave a excess amount of leftover homemade Cheese Sauce - is important too use the right sized saucepan . I used a medium sized saucepan

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the Dried Torciglioni Pasta in a Saucepan of boiling water and boil on the highest hob heat for 8 minutes and then drain the hot water away and then place the cooked Pasta on a large Dinner Plate to cool down

* Step 2

Use the medium sized Saucepan you had just used and place the block of butter in the Saucepan and then melt on the lowest hob heat and then put the 50g of Plain Flour in and keep turning with a Wooden Spoon - add bits of milk - a little at a time and do keep stirring and add the 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard quite early on

* Step 3

Add the Mature Cheddar Cheese after 20 minutes and then continue too cook on the lowest hob heat and keep stirring with the Wooden Spoon for another 10 minutes more

* Step 4

Place 90g of the cold cooked Pasta in each of the Ceramic Baking Bowl's and then place both on a Baking Tray and then cover the Pasta with the homemade Cheese Sauce - right too the top - and then bake them at Gas Mark 7 for 30 minutes
