Cheesy Omelette

Did make a 4 egg yolk mayonnaise and so I had 4 hen egg White's leftover and so I added 2 whole hen eggs and used my large Kenwood Whisk Attachment attached too my Electric Mains Kenwood Mixing Machine - did beat the egg white's and 2 egg yolks with my expensive Kenwood Food Mixer . I made the homemade mayonnaise with my Kenwood Food Mixer and then after I had finished making my mayonnaise - I immediately made the Omelette

Ingredient

Cooking time :

2 minutes
2 tbsp.

Olive Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil in a large non-stick Frying Pan

* Step 2

Use a Cheese Grater too hand grate 60g of Mature Cheddar Cheese onto a small Plate or Dinner Plate

* Step 3

Add 2 whole hen eggs too the 4 hen egg White's in the Kenwood Mixing Bowl Attachment and then add the see through Kenwood guard and then the Kenwood Whisk Attachment and then beat

* Step 4

Add all the beaten egg too the large frying pan - count too 50 seconds and then add the grated hard cheese and then count another 50 seconds and then roll too the side of the frying pan and then if it looks done - take frying pan too Dinner Plate and then roll cooked Omelette onto the Plate
