Slow Roasted Pork an Roast Vegetable
Is leftovers of cooked Pork - without the Pork Fat Rind their is about 600g of cooked Pork Meat

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast raw Pork Joint in the oven at Gas Mark 2 for 14 hours with Kitchen Foil over the top. Allow to rest for a long time before carving
* Step 2
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4.
Place the raw vegetables in the liquid Pork Fat juices and Vegetable Oil and then roast for 2 hours and then turn all the Vegetables over and then season the top of the Vegetables with Table Salt and Black Pepper and then roast at Gas Mark 7 for One hour
* Step 3
Add 8 heaped teaspoons of Beef Gravy Granules to a large Mixing Bowl and then pour 600ml boiling hot water over the top - stir with a Dessert Spoon and then add 200g of cold cooked Pork Pieces to the very hot Gravy and then serve the Pork Meat and some of that Gravy to your Roasted Vegetables
