1/2 teaspoons

cumin powder

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil and cool potatoes and grate them.

* Step 2

Blanch spinach and squeeze, chop finely.

* Step 3

Boil green peas and grind coarsely.

* Step 4

Make dry breadcrumbs by using mixer.

* Step 5

Take grated potatoes in a mixing bowl, mix with spinach and green peas. Add chopped cilantro,cumin powder,garam masala, salt,,green chillies, ginger, cornstarch and fresh bread crumbs as required. Mix all ingredients and make a dough.

* Step 6

Take a lemon size ball,fatten it,make a kabab shape cover it with cornstarch, dust and remove extra flour by dusting with hand.

* Step 7

Prepare all kababs, decorate all with halves of cashews.

* Step 8

Shallow fry all using oil on both the sides till golden colour.

* Step 9

Heat one teaspoon butter sauté green peas and cashews,season with salt paper. Serve kabab on the bed of peas and cashews

* Step 10

Serve harabhara kebabs with tomatoes ketchup and green Chutney
