Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place biscuits (Nice,Rich Tea,Shortcake,Malted Milk etc.) in a large flat Baking Cake Tin with no leakage areas at the bottom and then crack 2 hen eggs over the top and then add the milk,blend with a Electric Stick Blender,alternatively might be possible too do it with a Nutri Ninja fast Blender etc. Once blended,pass through a Rice or Flour sieve into a Mixing Bowl and then add the sugar.

* Step 2

For the Caramel or liquid toffee base,or top,will need too heat some sugar in a non-stick Wok,or non-stick Frying Pan,might be possible too make in a small Saucepan - yes - heat through the sugar first on the hob and then add cold water at some point,will need to stir with some cold water in.Add hot Caramel too your round Baking Cake Tin,or Tray Bake Tin and then allow to go cold and hard.

* Step 3

Add the blended biscuit mix on top of the Caramel and then steam cook for as long as 40 minutes.Allow it to cool for a very long time in the Baking Cake Tin - store in the Fridge once cold.Eat once cooked and cold.

* Step 4

A metal Colander (sieve) in a Wok etc. with some water at the bottom,can steam cook it - with a Wok Lid etc. over the top.
