Tomato Ham Cheese Omelette

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Smear the wok with margarine add the raw sliced tomatoes, add 4 pinches of Table Salt, or grounded down coarse sea salt too the top 4 slices of the tomatoes - fry on the one sides on a medium hob heat and then turn over and fry on the other sides, add 4 pinches of salt too the other sides.

* Step 2

Beat the 3 large hen eggs and add to the cooked fried whole tomatoes. Cook the beaten eggs through a little and then add roughly chopped sliced ham, cook through with the wok lid on.

* Step 3

Add the shop bought already grated mozzarella cheese and then add the dried herb of ground oregano - put the lid back on and then when the cheese has melted it is done. Slide onto a dinner plate or use a spatula too guide onto the plate.
