Egg fried Vegetable Rice

I did not use Soy Sauce - for the saltiness I used my salty - spicy (no chilli taste) baked carrot chips.I used up the last of my Red Kidney Beans,but you could wash off the baked bean sauce off of the beans in tin's of Baked Beans.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For a non-stick Wok with glass Lid - keep heat on the hob at a medium setting - heat the Wok up without Cooking Oil in and then crack your first hen egg into the hot Wok and then immediately break up the egg with a Plastic Spatula and then do the same with the other 3 hen eggs - set aside the fried omelette onto a small Baking Tray and then fry the onions in 2 tablespoons of Rapeseed Oil for 5 minutes.

Add all the other ingredients,apart from the omelette and continue too fry with the lid on for 10 minutes - occasionally stirring with your Plastic Spatula or Wooden Spoon.

* Step 3

Once done mix the cold cooked omelette into the Wok and then immediately transfer to a Dinner Plate.Enjoy.
