Pork Belly Stew Soup

I made a Second stew the following day,using about half a tablespoon of Ground Cumin instead of the previous days' Oregano Vegetable Stew.My teeth struggled too chew the Pork Belly slices,I left some of the vegetable stew as well,so the next day I made it all into a soup.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Stew cook all the ingredients - apart from the meat - cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Shallow fry Pork belly slices for 4,or 5 minutes,allow too rest on a cold dinner plate for 10 minutes and then store in a food bag,or plastic container with lid.

* Step 3

Next day blend the cold stew with the Pork belly slices within a Nutri Ninja fast Blender etc. Add some cold water too dilute and make it easier to blend and then store the baby food mixed stew in a Plastic Container with lid.

* Step 4

Place some of the blended stew into a saucepan and dilute with either 300ml,or 600ml of cold water too make into a soup and then heat on the hob and then enjoy,with maybe some slices of buttered bread with it.
