Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place enough water in a steamer saucepan,or place water in a sturdy big frying pan,or wok - and place a metal colander inside.Wash Lamb Chops in cold tap water only and then place on the steamer rack,add pinches of Sea Salt and lots of Ground Cumin on top,put Lid on top of the steamer rack.Practice with One Lamb Chop to get the perfect cooked Lamb Chops for the next one's.
* Step 2
Place Cous Cous in a large mixing bowl,add the appropriate amount of hot boiling water.Add flavours too Cous Cous,if using Dried Herbs and Ground Herbs these will need too be fried off in some Olive Oil etc. in a frying pan.Could make a flavoursome egg fried rice instead - I have no experience of turning bland Cous Cous etc. into something flavoursome.
