Italian Coffee froth drink

Have just gained a brain wave,whilst thinking of turning my homemade Soda Bread with the Raisins in - into a Bread and Butter Pudding - was thinking of making a homemade Custard for soaking Buttered slices of Soda Bread in - and then later - baking in the oven.With the Egg White's was thinking of making a Italian Meringue,which involves adding a hot syrup of water and sugar (120 oC) too raw egg white's that might need too be whipped up first - my meat thermometer might be able too test the temperature of the hot Syrup. Am not sure if the Coffee froth drink should be cold,or hot - a milky Coffee should be made from very hot milk first - am not sure how much sugar too use - for the Syrup infused Meringue will already be very sweet.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a hot milky Coffee - maybe add granulated sugar - allow too cool.

* Step 2

Separate egg yolks from egg white's,keep the egg white's in your Kenwood Food Mixing Bowl.Put,maybe One cup of Caster Sugar in a Saucepan and add Two cups of cold water - heat through until temperature is about 120 on a meat thermometer (or do ball test) and then gradually add the hot Syrup to the lightly whipped egg white's,blend till done.Allow to cool.

* Step 3

Combine cold milky Coffee with cooked cold egg white's and then blend too froth up and then hopefully enjoy a very nice Coffee drink.
