Very lazy Chicken Legs and Chips

Cooking time is based on Chicken Legs being cooked from a whole roasted chicken.Storing the cooked chicken Legs in the Fridge keeps them fresh,but also very cold too eat and it's nice to have hot chicken with hot deep fried chips.Good results come from frying and roasting on the bone,or bones - as in a whole chicken.Can buy frozen chicken Legs these may be more difficult too roast on their own.Chicken Legs need too have been cooked tender,before heating them through - through deep frying.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Turn on Mini Electric Deep Fat Fryer too the 180 mark with the Vegetable Oil in - at the maximum mark,allow to get hot and then put 300g of chips into the mini metal chip basket - deep fry for a maximum of 8 minutes and then....

* Step 2

Place very cold cooked chicken Leg on top of the partly cooked chips and deep fry for a maximum of 8 minutes - done - eat dinner - and then almost immediately afterwards - eat the Second part of your Dinner (another 16 minutes).
