Sugared French Bread

Left over raw egg white's can be used up for this recipe.

Ingredient

5 slices

white bread

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring the egg parts together - beat with a Dinner Fork.Dip sliced bread into egg mix.

* Step 2

Put plenty of Vegetable Oil in a frying pan,but not too much and make the Cooking Oil hot in the frying pan and then add the dipped sliced bread.

* Step 3

Sprinkle 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar onto the raw egg side of the sliced bread,put the glass - see through lid over the top of the frying pan and only fry slowly on the One side - when the top of the sliced bread puffs up - then transfer too a cold plate.Enjoy hot or cold.
