Milk Chocolate Brownies

The Recipe is based on a book called Cakes, have only changed the ingredients slightly,instead of dark chocolate,that gives me Migraines,I have used Milk Chocolate - have made the Recipe basic,because I don't have any Pistachios and White Chocolate,this Chocolate for a few small chunks inside. The brownie won't be completely firm in the middle when it is removed from the oven,but it will set when it has cooled.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Lightly grease a 23cm/9 inch baking tin (pan) and line with greaseproof paper.

* Step 2

Melt the milk chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water.Leave to cool.

* Step 3

Sieve (strain) the flour into a separate mixing bowl and stir in the caster sugar.

* Step 4

Stir the eggs into the melted chocolate mixture,then pour this mixture into the flour and sugar mixture,beating well.Stir...,then pour the mixture into the tin (pan).

* Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven,180 oC/350 o/Gas Mark 4,for 30 - 35 minutes until firm to the touch.Leave to cool in the tin (pan) for 20 minutes,then turn out on to a wire rack.
