Did learn this recipe for making a egg based raw pasta dough - at the time of about mid June 2020.Did learn this from a Cookery Documentary on Netflix - how much Flour too use was not mentioned and the pasta was made by hand - I used my Kenwood Food Mixer Machine.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put eggs in Kenwood Food Mixing Bowl,whisk with a fork,add the 2 different kinds of flour,blend with the dough hook - gradually add a few drops of cold water

* Step 2

When pasta dough comes all together into a ball - then stop the fast blending and put in the Fridge too rest

* Step 3

For the next step,you have 2 options (1) too get a saucepan of boiling hot water on the go and get the perfect ribbons of Spaghetti straight away,or (2) roll out the pasta dough and cut out thicker ribbons of Spaghetti than normal and then allow them too stretch down from a height.The step 1 method requires loads of plain flour in order too prevent sticking during the process of rolling up the pasta dough and then cutting thin strips all the way through - if successful you can immediately add.

* Step 4

Boiling time,depends on the thickness of your ribbons of Spaghetti Pasta,you may need too taste a strand of the homemade Spaghetti in order too know if it is al denti' enough for you,or you may want a complete soft texture.
