My take on this South of France cocktail in the Southern Part of Africa. The original recipe calls for Prosecco but I can never find in the Kingdom.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place ice, add the Aperol then add the champagne or MCC.
* Step 2
Add the splash of soda water and taste the greatness 😍😍😍
