Shenga chutney (Peanut powder chutney)

Ingredient

peanuts

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast and peel the peanuts

* Step 2

Add all ingredients in the blender and grind to a coarse consistency

* Step 3

Serve with oil or dahi. Goes well with Dosa, Bhakri, Upma.
