Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peal, core and cut the apple into 1cm cubes and put in an oven proof dish

Add the juice of the lemon, the frozen fruit, sugar, cinnamon and water. Mix

* Step 3

To make the crumble top, rub the butter into the flour until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in the demerara sugar.

* Step 4

Add the crumble mixture on the top of the fruit

* Step 5

Cook for 50min at 190oC
