Chicken thighs with roasted veg and new potatoes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, oil and paprika in a bowl
* Step 2
Cut a few slices in the chicken then add them to the mixture and coat them. Leave to marinate for at least an hour
* Step 3
Cut onions into thick half moons, carrots into sticks, pepper roughly chopped. Season with salt and pepper
* Step 4
Wash and half/quarter the new potatoes.
* Step 5
Removing the chicken from the marinade and add the veg to the juice, mix. Add to oven proof dish
* Step 6
Put chicken on top of the veg and cook for 1hr10 at 200oC
