A nice quick and easy vegetarian pasta sauce.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry the olives for a few minutes
* Step 2
Add crushed garlic, fry for a minute
* Step 3
Add tomatoes, capers, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 12minutes
* Step 4
While the sauce cooks put on the pasta to cook
* Step 5
Serve the sauce with the pasta and grate the Parmesan over the top
