Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oven to 190c / fan 170c / gas 5. Grease 1.2 litre baking dish with olive oil.

* Step 2

Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 8 mins. Add all veg and cook for another 2-3 mins until the pasta is tender and vegetables slightly softened Drain and tip into baking dish and mix well

* Step 3

Beat together two eggs and milk in jug with thyme. Mix the two cheeses together and add most of it to egg mixture then season. Pour into baking dish and stir gently then scatter the rest of cheese on top. Bake 35-40 mins until set and golden. Serve with green salad etc
