Another zucchini recipe as our actual zucchini harvest is a big one so a lot of zucchini cooking in the last weeks :-). Depending on size of zucchini it can be up to 4 servings.

* Step 1
Prepare ingredients. (Pripravíme si ingrediencie.)
* Step 2
Cut the zucchini lenghtwise and carve it. Brush the inside with olive oil, then add salt, pepper, oregano, pressed 1 clove of garlic and half of chopped tomatoes. (Cuketu rozrežeme pozdĺžne a vydlabeme ju. Vnútro potrieme olivovým olejom, osolíme a okoreníme korením a oreganom. Pridáme pretlačený 1 strúčik cesnaku a polovicu nakrájaných paradajok.)
* Step 3
Pour boiling water over the couscous, cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then add remaining half of chopped tomatoes, corn and pressed garlic. Add salt and pepper. (Kuskus zalejeme vriacou vodou, prikryjeme a necháme 5 minút odstáť. Potom primiešame druhú časť paradajok, kukuricu a pretlačený cesnak. Osolíme a okoreníme.)
* Step 4
Add the filling into the zucchini and on the top put few plates of cheese. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. (Cukety naplníme zmesou a navrch poukladáme plátky syru. Dáme piecť na 180°C na 20 minút.)
* Step 5
Cut to half and serve. Enjoy your meal 😋. (Rozkrojíme na polovicu a podávame. Dobrú chuť 😋)
