Zesty lemon pepper baked Cod and roasted vegetables

Ingredient

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 425

* Step 2

Quarter vegetables and 1 lemon, arrange on baking sheet.

* Step 3

Sprinkle with olive oil, minced garlic, salt & pepper. Toss.

* Step 4

Lay Cod filets on top of veg.

* Step 5

Zest lemon. Mix with panko, dill, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture on top of fish.

* Step 6

Bake for 10-15 minutes
