* Step 1

Place almonds in container.

* Step 2

Add water just until almonds are completely covered. Put lid on container.

* Step 3

Place container in the refrigerator overnight.

* Step 4

Almonds are best when eaten within 2 days.

* Step 5

Eat soaked almonds alone, or add to salads, cream of buckwheat, or other vegetables. You will be surprised how set they are after soaking!
