Tandoori fish curry 🐠

Tandoori fish curry is one of the best curry, made with fish, tandoori masala and fried, later add in the tomato gravy. Course: main course, lunch, dinner, Cuisine: Pakistani, indian ,Diet: non vegetarian, nutrients value: vitamin B6, B12, phosphorus, selenium.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate the fish 🐠, in a bowl πŸ₯£ add tandoori masala, salt πŸ§‚, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste πŸ§„, kashmiri chillies powder 🌢️, coriander cumin powder, yogurt, 1 tbsp oil, green chillies paste and mix well, spread the masala on fish pieces 🐠, cover for 30 mins, keep aside.

* Step 2

After 30 mins, shallow fry the fish pieces 🐠, from both sides until done, remove and keep on kitchen napkin, keep aside, heat oil, add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves and saute for 1 min, add finely chopped onions πŸ§…, cook till golden, add ginger garlic paste πŸ§„ mix well, cook for 1 min, add tomato puree πŸ… cook till oil comes out.

* Step 3

Add kashmiri chillies powder 🌢️, coriander cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt to taste πŸ§‚, green chillies paste and mix well, add plain yogurt mix well, cook on medium flame, till oil comes out, add hot water πŸ’¦ and mix well, let it boil for 5-6 mins, add fried fish pieces 🐠 and simmer for 4 mins and serve hot.

* Step 4

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿/ dill.
