'Qorma chicken curry'πŸ“πŸ§…πŸ…πŸ§„πŸŒΆοΈπŸŒΏ

This simple chicken dish is easy and quick to make, made with yogurt gravy, fresh tomatoes πŸ…, spices and herbs just in mins, good idea if you are expecting a guest. Course: Lunch, dinner, main course, Cuisine: Pakistani, Diet: non vegetarian Nutrients value: B6,B12, selenium, magnesium and phosphorus.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add finely chopped onions πŸ§… cook until golden, add ginger garlic paste πŸ§„ saute for 1 min. Fry chicken pieces till golden, cook on low flame, add 'Qorma masala' and mix well, cook for a few minutes.

* Step 2

Add tomato puree πŸ…, green chillies paste and mix well, cook until oil comes out, add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, coriander & cumin powder, turmeric powder, fried crushed onions πŸ§… and mix well. Whisk yogurt, pour in the chicken mixture and mix well, add half cup water πŸ’¦ and mix well.

* Step 3

Cook till oil separates from gravy and chicken gets tender, delicious 'Qorma' is ready to serve. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿. Serve with hot naan, toasted bread slices 🍞, plain rice 🍚.
