Donostiarra-style fish

I leave you the recipe for Donostiarra-style fish; it's a typical dish from the Basque Country, Spain, I hope you like it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

We gather the ingredients, wash and season the fish, put it in a suitable ovenproof dish, pour EVOO on it and bake it for 20' at 180°.

* Step 2

Meanwhile, we peel and chop the garlic cloves, wash the cayenne peppers and prepare them to taste according to the spicy tastes of the guests, chop the parsley, peel and chop the potatoes and the onion and reserve it.

* Step 3

We fry 2' the garlic cloves and the cayenne with EVOO, season the potatoes and the onion, fry it for 10' in other pan with EVOO, remove it with the help of a slotted spoon and remove it from the heat.

* Step 4

In the same garlic and cayenne EVOO, we add the paprika and the vinegar, stir it well, put the pan on the fire and bring it to a boil, add the parsley, mix it and remove it. We distribute the potatoes and the onion, put the fish in the plate, pour the previous spiced oil, decorate it to taste and serve. Enjoy the recipe.
