Stuffed Green Chillies

Stuffed green chilies is a savored alongside dish eaten with prantha, chapatti or roti and even with rice. It provides the benefits of green chilies which are rich vitamin C, beta-carotene, and are good for healthy eyes, skin and immune system when compared with red chilies which are harmful for health. Green chilies have no calories which make them a healthy choice for eating in raw form as well as in the stuffed form. These stuffed chillies are good source of vitamin C. Note: Excessive consumption of green chili may irritate your digestive system.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add roasted gram flour, coriander powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, mango powder and salt. Mix it properly.

* Step 2

Sort and clean green chilies and make incisions in it.

* Step 3

Stuff the chilies with the mixture.

* Step 4

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. of oil. Arrange the chilies in the pan.

* Step 5

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Store under refrigerator.
