This is a great frosting for all your favourite cakes, but particularly good for Carrot Cake and Banana Cake.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place softened Cream Cheese, softened Butter and Lemon Juice in a bowl. Using a whisk, beat until well combined. Gradually add sifted Icing Sugar and beat until smooth.
* Step 2
If it turned too soft, cool in the fridge to firm up.
