Cucumber Salads

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First we will see cucumber and curd salad
* Step 2
Chop cucumber finely, add curd, sugar, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
* Step 3
Now prepare tempering by heating oil and adding cumin seeds, chopped green chilli, add asafoetida and curry leaves.
* Step 4
Add tempering to the cucumber to cucumber-curd mixture. (If you don’t want tempering you can skip that.) Mix well.
* Step 6
For preparing the cucumber-peanuts salad put chopped cucumber in a bowl. Add crushed peanuts, grated coconut, salt, sugar, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice. Mix all ingredients.
* Step 7
Heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida.
* Step 8
Add tempering to the salad and mix well.salad is ready.
