Pasta sauce with beetroot
Blended carrots and beetroot make a tasty and very enjoyable sauce for pasta!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend the carrots and beetroot in a food processor until you have a smooth mixture.
* Step 2
Place the oil in a wide frying pan over moderate heat, add the garlic and the onion and stir until they are translucent.
* Step 3
Add the blended carrots and beetroot to sauté a little, then the bay leaf, the spices and finally, the vinegar.
* Step 4
Let the sauce simmer for about 30 minutes. If necessary, add a little water.
* Step 5
Prepare your pasta according to the instructions on the packet and serve with your tasty sauce.
