Kalamarakia in a panic
Did your friends visit and you have to cook something quickly? Are you back from your outing and you haven't cooked? Kalamarakia (calamari) to the rescue!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté in the oil.
* Step 2
Add the calamari and the saffron and stir until all their liquids are absorbed.
* Step 3
Remove from heat and add the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
