Baked liver

A light recipe for liver that eliminates most of its odour.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the pieces of liver thoroughly and place them in a pyrex baking tray.

Add plenty of lemon, a little oil, oregano, salt, pepper, then score with a knife and place the garlic slices in the cuts.

* Step 3

Cover and leave in the fridge for as long as possible (once I kept it in the fridge overnight).

* Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180°C, add a little water, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10'-15'. Remove the aluminum foil and continue baking until it is golden brown.
