dried figs finely chopped

1 cup

red wine

3 tbsp

balsamic vinegar

1 tsp

mild mustard

1/2 cup

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the dried figs in the wine over slow heat until they are tender.

* Step 2

Keep a few boiled pieces to add in the end and blend the rest with all the other ingredients in a blender.
