Shrimps in oil and oregano
Are you bored of fried shrimps??? Here's a nice tasty option for a healthier and lighter meal.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the shrimps. You don't have to peel and devein them.
* Step 2
Place the shrimps in a frying pan to simmer with a cup of water. Let them until the water is absorbed.
* Step 3
Then blend the lemon, oil, oregano and a little pepper if you like. Pour the dressing over the frying pan and place it over heat until it starts to boil.
* Step 4
Finally serve everything in a deep bowl or a pyrex dish.
