Spaghetti with raw tomato and olives

An exclusively summer spaghetti dish, it requires ripe and fragrant tomatoes.

Ingredient

1 packet

spaghetti No 6

1/4 cup

olive oil

1 tsp

oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the pasta in salted water.

Add the grated tomatoes, the olives, the oil, the oregano and the salt to a large bowl.

* Step 3

When the spaghetti is cooked, don't strain them but take them out using tongs and add them to the bowl. This way, the sauce is warmed up with the juice of the spaghetti.
