Revithokeftedes in the oven

Revithokeftedes (chickpea patties) as all the recipes that I upload is a very healthy and without too many calories and fats recipe! Ideal for those who are on a diet or just mind what they eat!

Ingredient

Food ration :

about 10 pieces
1/2 kg

chickpeas

1 clove

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.

* Step 2

Blend the onions, garlic, chickpeas and a little water in a blender.

* Step 3

Move mixture to a bowl and add the finely chopped parsley, the rolled oats, the pepper and tne curry powder.

* Step 4

Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes.

* Step 5

Form the mixture into patties and transfer on a baking tray.

* Step 6

Brush them with a little oil and grill at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes. (When they get golden brown, carefuly turn them over!)
