(Un-stuffed) Cabbage Roll Soup

(Un-stuffed) Cabbage Roll Soup

Someone requested it from me, I had never made it before. My whole family had a serving before I could give it to the person who requested it. DELISH!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large pot, brown and break up your ground beef. If its fatty, drain some of the fat once browned

* Step 2

Add your onions and garlic, cook 3-5min until onions are translucent. Then add the tomato paste and brown sugar. Mix until combined.

* Step 3

Add the rest of your veggies along with your tomato sauce and canned stewed tomatoes. Cook this for about 5min and bring to a wild bubble (to cook out the tin tomato flavour)

* Step 4

Pour in your rice. Taste it for salt and pepper and other seasoning. Turn the heat down to medium-low.

* Step 5

It's ready when the rice is cooked. Enjoy!!!
