Wheat flour Laddu

Ingredient

Food ration :

250 gm

Desi ghee

350 gm

sugar

200 gm

almonds

100 gm

cashewnuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee, fry fox seeds (makhana) and keep aside, slightly crush them.

* Step 2

Fry slivered almonds and cashewnuts and keep aside

* Step 3

Add wheat flour in ghee and keep on stirring until turns brownish and fragrant.

* Step 4

Switch off the flame, add powdered sugar and nuts and mix properly. Add black pepper powder and carrom seeds

* Step 5

Bind into ladoos on slightly cooling. HAPPY DUSSEHRA AND ENJOY WINTERS.
