Debbi Alsteen's Creamy Rice Pudding
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup milk, set aside. Combine rice, remaining milk, sugar, salt and butter.
* Step 2
Cook in large saucepan, over medium heat until thick and creamy (about 15 minutes) stirring frequently.
* Step 3
Pour egg/milk mixture I've rice mixture and cook 2-3 minutes longer stirring constantly.
* Step 4
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix well. Pour into serving dish and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon again.
