Blackberry Lemon Crisp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter 1 quart baking dish or 3 - 6 oz. ramekins

* Step 2

In small bowl, toss together blackberries, lemon juice, sugar, scant tbsp flour and pinch of salt. Pour into 1 quart baking dish or divide between ramekins.

* Step 3

In a separte small bowl, stir together oats, 1/3 cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Add pieces of cold butter and cut in using a pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over berries.

* Step 4

Place baking dishes on a sheet pan & bake uncovered at 375°F for 20-25 min. or until bubbly & topping is lightly browned.

* Step 5

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
