Tuna, Bean and Corn Salad

* Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the tuna lightly with the sweetcorn & onion. Season well.
* Step 2
Divide the salad leaves between two plates, season lightly, then pile the tuna salad on top.
* Step 3
Drizzle over the olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with the chilli. Serve with crusty bread.
