Steak and chips (sweet potato version!)

Steak and chips (sweet potato version!)

Delicious, indulgent and you can use any veg you like as a side dish!

Ingredient

1 packet

mushrooms

2 tbsp

butter

Dash

rosemary

1 tbsp

paprika

1 tbsp

flour

2 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Scrub your potatoes and chop into fries. The chunky the fries the longer the cooking time.

* Step 2

Preheat the oil and then add the fries, paprika and flour. Toss together and put in the oven on approx 200 for 40-45 minutes.

* Step 3

Heat half the butter with the rosemary. When hot add the steaks. Cooking time depends on thickness and personal preference.

Chop mushrooms and cook gently in remaining butter.

* Step 5

Flip steaks, spoon the butter over the top and continue to cook unless done to your liking.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
