Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 230°C

* Step 2

Roast the whole butternut in the oven for about 1 hour or until soft. (depending on size)

* Step 3

Peel the butternut. Cut in half and remove seeds.

* Step 4

Cut into large cubes. Mash in a bowl with butter and salt.
