Smoked mackerel pate
Anti inflammatory eating isn't all about soup for lunch (although I do love soup for lunch!). This is my insanely simple inflam-friendly pate that keeps well in fridge for up to 3 days, although mine never lasts that long! If I can't be bothered making my own oatcakes I'll compromise with good quality organic ones, like these, or make some veggie batons for dipping instead.
