Ginger biscuits

# Scones, Queens cakes and Cookies contest. This is my late mother recipe. When ever she bakes this biscuits they always taste delicious and crumbles in your mouth.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

12 - 20 minutes
250 ml

sugar

50 ml

vinegar

500 g

margarine

10 ml

cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing start with your margarine and sugar smooth it together.

* Step 2

Smooth the sugar until is soft and creamy

Then on the other bowl crack your eggs, then pour cinnamon, cloves, ginger, vinegar and syrup mix all together then pour them in a margarine mixture.

Then mix all these ingredients

Then the sifted flour is mixed with bicarbonate of soda mix with the margarine

* Step 6

Once all blended together then mixed and place them in the fridge for 2 hours and made them into small ball then be shaped by glass and fork.

* Step 7

Start to bake them for 12 to 20 minutes the oven must be preheated to 180 degrees then your tasty biscuits are ready to be served cold.
